Derbyshire Makes: Swadlincote
Saturday 25th April 2026, 10am - 4pm On Saturday 25th April, Swadlincote will be alive with creativity. Join us for a fun packed day, all free of charge. From exhibitions to workshops, local history to meeting artists working locally. There is an incredible programme of events - pick up a free copy of the programme newspaper from local venues such as Sharpe's Pottery Museum. Last year, I visited Derbyshire Makes with my two children and loved this event so much as a visitor - we made all sorts of things from book hedgehogs to cord keyrings and letterpress prints.
