Standard UK delivery time for most items is 5 working days, but please check the page of the item(s) you are ordering.
All orders will be sent using either Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is posted. In the vast majority of cases, delivery will be made the following working day within the UK. However, at peak times such as Christmas there may be delays in the delivery systems which are beyond my control. Where possible, please try to order with time to spare to ensure you receive your items in time for those all important events. If you experience a delay with receiving your order please contact me.
In a hurry to receive something for an important event? Express delivery for addresses in the United Kingdom available for £6.95
For urgent orders I offer an express delivery, where your order will be prioritised and your order will be posted within 2 working days. For this service, I use Royal Mail Special delivery, which is guaranteed by Royal Mail to be with you the next working day by 1pm. Please note someone will need to be available to receive the parcel.
Sending a gift directly? I offer free gift wrapping and bespoke messages
Please add a note to your order at checkout if you would like me to gift wrap your order and include a short handwritten message if your order is being sent directly to the recipient. I can also make sure no printed receipt is included in the parcel.
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, please get in touch to see if we can resolve any issue. If you decide you would like to return your order, please do so within 28 days of receipt, and please enclose the order reference number. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility, so I recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage.
So long as the item(s) arrive back with me in their original condition and have not been worn, you will have the option of either a full refund or exchange.
Please note that bespoke commissions and personalised made to order items cannot be returned.
