Workshop booking terms & conditions

  1. Cancellations and refunds

Unfortunately refunds cannot be provided once payment has been made. As a solo business, I cannot absorb the administrative fees and losses associated with cancellations. If you are unwell or unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your booking to someone else to attend in your place.

  1. Transfer to another workshop date

Provided you give at least two weeks' notice prior to the workshop date, you may transfer your booking to another date, if you find you are unable to attend the original booking date. An admin fee of £20 per person will be charged to cover the cost of transferring the workshop to another date.

  1. Redeeming Gift Vouchers

If you have been gifted a workshop gift voucher, once your place has been booked this cannot be changed without incurring the £20 transfer fee as outlined in (2). Gift voucher workshop bookings cannot be transferred beyond the expiry date of the voucher.

  1. Workshop Cancelled

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop, I will offer you an alternative date for your workshop. If you cannot attend on alternative dates, I will fully refund the cost of your booking.

  1. Alcohol

For safety reasons, individuals under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to attend their workshop.

  1. Outcomes

My workshops are welcoming and fun, providing an introduction to silversmithing skills. While I guide you and offer design freedom, I cannot guarantee the outcome of your designs. Jewellery made is not considered a commission or purchase. Adjustments or repairs after the workshop will incur an additional cost, with a minimum charge of £20 per piece.

  1. Workshop timings

Workshops will finish promptly at the time stated, so please make sure to complete your projects on time. If we over-run by more than 30 minutes, a charge of £20 per person will be made to cover the extra time.
