This time last year I had just moved into my brand new studio at Sharpe's Pottery Museum in Swadlincote, and I held an Open Studio to celebrate. Well I'm delighted to say that as it was such a great weekend last year, I've decided to hold an Open Studio again this year on Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th November, from 10.30am - 4.30pm.
I'll be switching on the fairy lights and putting treasures from my jewellery and silverware collections out on display. I'll be here to welcome you, and would be delighted to talk about the processes and ideas behind my work, and you can also come along to find out more about my Creative Jewellery Courses which I run throughout the year in my studio. I'll be launching my new dates for 2023 as part of the Open Studio weekend.
Coming along to my Open Studio is a great opportunity to purchase studio one-off pieces not available anywhere else, as well as pieces from my collections such as the Silver Leaf Collection. I'll also be taking orders for commissions, with Christmas in mind this could be a perfect opportunity to treat a loved one to a unique gift.
Please feel free to bring along a friend if you wish.
My newsletter subscribers have had an invite to a special preview evening on the Friday — if you're not already on my email list, sign up now and drop me a line for an invite.
I look forward to welcoming you to the studio.
